At UAE Finds Hub, we want our customers to have a positive shopping experience.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product so we can review the issue.

Products must be unused and in their original condition where applicable.

If your return or complaint is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

We may not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior approval.
